At MyDesignation, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your apparel within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and wait for our team to review your request based on the provided photos and reason for return.
Handover Package
Once approved, a courier will be assigned for a doorstep pickup, or you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to drop off at the nearest hub.
Receive Refund
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes the final quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
